Only sales to registered companies.
All prices are listed ex. VAT and quoted in EURO.
The following terms of trade apply to all deliveries, if no other agreement has been made.

An order is not binding for FKI until we have confirmed the order in writing.
You can pay with Dankort (Danish credit card), Visa, and Mastercard. We withdraw the amount from your payment card, when the goods leave our address.
Delivery will happen as soon as possible after you have received your order confirmation.
Delivery time for new machines is approx. 3-5 days. For all other products, delivery time is approx. 2-3 days.
Delivery is FCA (Free Carrier) FKI’s address in Verninge. The buyer carries the risk of product loss or damage from the time when the product, in accordance with the agreed incoterm condition, is at the buyer’s disposal on FKI’s place of business. Shipping is at buyer’s risk and expense.

Any damage must be reported immediately to the forwarder who deliver your goods.
All goods are shipped at buyer’s risk.
If you regret you purchase:
You have 14 days to regret your purchase.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you received the goods.
Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by sending us a mail to email@example.com or call us at +45 64 75 10 66. In your message, you must clearly make us aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
You cannot undo your purchase by denying to receive the goods without giving us clear notice.
Returns are only accepted if prior agreement is made, and only when the item is in perfect condition. FKI reserves the right to set off an amount equal to the return associated costs such as transport costs, etc.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must hold the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are responsible for packing the goods properly, and you hold the risk from the time of delivery of the goods.
Because of their nature, some items may not be returnable by regular mail. This applies to machinery, larger spare parts and large accessories. The costs of return depends on the nature and size of the items.
Items excluded from the right to cancel agreement:
1. Special items that have been ordered specifically for you.
2. Products that are customized or altered according to consumer specifications.

State/Condition of returned items:
You will only be liable for any diminishing value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in ways other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the good and the way it works. In other words, you can try the product the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the products have been tried/tested beyond what is outlined above, we consider the product as used, which means that you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore only treat the product the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but you cannot take it in actual use.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you get back the amount you have paid us. In the event of a decrease in the value of the product that you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you make use of your right to cancel the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, not including transport costs, without undue delay an in any event within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

You can also cancel the agreement by giving clear notice and deliver the item(s) in person at the above address by prior arrangement.
What should I send back?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. If there has been an email correspondence concerning the return you may want to enclose this as well.
Notice! We do not receive packages sent COD (cash on delivery).
Warranty and repair:
FKI provide 12 months warranty for new machinery, accessories and spare parts, valid from invoice date. For machines bought as used, there are 6 months warranty from date of invoice. The warranty include the quality of construction and design, meaning that we undertake repairs or replacement of parts that are demonstrably flawed or have been destroyed as a result of poor materials, poor workmanship or faulty construction. For components, parts, etc. that we buy from a subcontractor, the warranty will not be extended beyond our subcontractor warranty.
Warranty does not cover defects caused by abuse, neglect, accident, misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear.
Warranty does not cover wear parts, and the warranty no longer applies if there has been used non-original spare parts which are not specified by FKI during the warranty period.
How soon should I complain?
Errors or defects that are believed to be under warranty must be reported to FKI immediately after it was detected, as FKI reserves the right to decide where and how a repair is made. However, the repair should take place as soon as possible, and we hereby clarify that the warranty does not include damages for deprivation etc. during the repair period. All replaced parts belong to FKI and must be forwarded to FKE franco.
Repairs that are not agreed with FKI in advance will not be refunded, and FKI disclaims any responsibility regarding the repair work and any effect of it.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
